Kids Pilates & Kids Yoga
Ages 2-8 Year olds
Our program connects the child’s mind, body and spirit to facilitate learning.
It incorporates music, storytelling and creative play through a series of fun relaxing stretches.
We will do various animal poses along with core enhancing movements.
Children will learn basic Yoga terminology and meditation techniques.
