Taste of Sports! – Kids Sports Sampler
Ages 2-16 Years old
This class introduces a variety of skills necessary for a large range of different sports.
An example of typical sports is: Soccer, T-Ball, Golf, Basketball, Hockey and more.
Classes include circuit training, drills and relays.
A section of each class will focus on nutrition education.

The benefits of the sports sampler class is to teach coordination, strength, social skills with lots of teamwork and focus.
